These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the sweepstakes rules that govern your access to and use of LuckyZino, a free-to-play social sweepstakes platform. By creating an account or otherwise using the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use LuckyZino.

These Terms are effective as of 2026 and apply to every visitor, registered player, and guest of the platform. LuckyZino may update these sweepstakes rules from time to time, and continued use of the site after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

No purchase necessary to play or win. LuckyZino is a promotional sweepstakes offering, and no payment or purchase is required to participate, obtain Sweeps Coins, or redeem eligible prizes. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

Player Agreement Overview

This Player Agreement forms the core of the sweepstakes rules that apply to your relationship with LuckyZino (“the Company”). It covers how the platform operates, what you can expect from your account, and the obligations you accept as a player. It is intended to be read alongside any supplemental policies referenced on the site, including the Privacy Policy.

LuckyZino offers free social gameplay using two forms of virtual credits, described in detail later in these Terms. Nothing in this Agreement should be interpreted as an offer of real-money gambling, and the platform does not accept wagers or deposits in exchange for chances to win.

By using LuckyZino, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety, including the sections on arbitration, eligibility, and liability described below.

Arbitration and Class-Action Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of LuckyZino shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration rather than in court, except where prohibited by applicable law. This includes disputes about the interpretation, applicability, or enforceability of these Terms.

You and LuckyZino each waive the right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or other representative proceeding. Claims must be brought in an individual capacity only, and an arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person’s claims.

You may opt out of this arbitration provision by providing written notice within a limited window after first accepting these Terms, using the contact details published on the site. If you do not opt out within that window, you will be deemed to have accepted binding arbitration.

Eligibility Requirements and Personal Representations

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or use LuckyZino. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you are legally permitted to participate in social sweepstakes promotions where you reside.

Sweepstakes void where prohibited. LuckyZino is not available to residents of jurisdictions where social sweepstakes gameplay is restricted or unlawful, and it is your responsibility to confirm that participation is permitted where you live.

Each individual may maintain only one LuckyZino account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update that information if it changes. Any misrepresentation regarding your age, location, or identity may result in suspension or forfeiture of your account.

Digital License and Social Token Framework

LuckyZino uses two types of virtual credits: Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins. Gold Coins are a play-only social currency used for entertainment purposes and have no cash value. Sweeps Coins are a promotional currency that may be used as an additional means of entry and may be redeemable for prizes where legally permitted, subject to these Terms.

Any Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins credited to your account represent a limited, personal, revocable, and non-transferable license to use those credits within the platform. They are not your property, are not currency, and cannot be sold, gifted, or exchanged between accounts.

Redemption of Sweeps Coins, if applicable, is available only in accordance with the specific redemption process described on the site and is subject to verification, minimum thresholds, and other conditions. LuckyZino may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this token framework at its discretion.

Account Security and Profile Administration

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You should choose a strong password and avoid sharing your account access with anyone else.

You agree to notify LuckyZino promptly if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. LuckyZino is not responsible for losses arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

LuckyZino reserves the right to suspend, limit, or terminate any account at its discretion, including where it suspects unauthorized use, a security risk, or a violation of these Terms, and may request identity verification before restoring access.

Fraud, Abuse, and Prohibited Activity

The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any Gold Coins or Sweeps Coins: creating or using more than one account per person; using bots, scripts, or other automated means to access or play on the platform; and attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for personal advantage.

Initiating fraudulent chargebacks, providing false identity or eligibility information, or colluding with other players to manipulate outcomes are also prohibited. LuckyZino may investigate suspected violations and withhold redemptions pending the outcome of that investigation.

LuckyZino reserves the right to void entries, reverse credits, and permanently close accounts found to be in violation of these sweepstakes rules, without prior notice and without liability to the affected user.

Intellectual Property and User Contributions

All content on LuckyZino, including but not limited to game graphics, logos, text, software, and design elements, is owned by LuckyZino or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in that content.

If you submit feedback, comments, or other content to LuckyZino, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that submission in connection with operating and promoting the platform. You represent that you have the right to grant this license.

System Outages and Technical Disruptions

LuckyZino does not guarantee that the platform will be available on an uninterrupted, timely, or error-free basis. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, connectivity issues, or events outside the Company’s reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.

LuckyZino is not liable for any lost play sessions, delayed access to promotions, or other inconvenience resulting from system outages or technical disruptions. Where feasible, the Company will attempt to restore service and communicate significant outages through the site.

Liability Limits and Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LuckyZino and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. The Company’s total liability for any claim relating to these Terms shall not exceed a nominal amount, as permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LuckyZino from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

Termination and General Provisions

LuckyZino may suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, including for suspected violations of these sweepstakes rules. You may also stop using the platform and close your account at any time.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and LuckyZino regarding your use of the platform and supersede any prior agreements or understandings on this subject.
